No1 2022/23

Hello everyone! this is our very first Carmunnock Primary news and events sheet! We are the house captains of Kittochside, Picketlaw, Waterside and Windlaw and we represent our school with pride and integrity.

In Term 1 we had a number of achievements.

Super Saturday : people from the community came to school and we enhanced and organised the playground. We painted the pencils, fixed the fence, built a shed and changed the soil.

Helping others: most children brought food bank donations which we passed to the Church.

We also helped the Brownie’s shoe box appeal for the homeless as well as toys for children less fortunate than us.

The Halloween Disco: raised an amazing £300.

These funds gave us an excellent start to planning for our Christmas Fayre which we call “Mistletoe Madness” All are welcome on Thursday 8 December from 1.30pm – 4pm.
